By downloading, installing, or using Color Scanner - Palette Maker (the "App"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App.
The App enables you to:
We grant you a limited, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non‑commercial purposes, subject to these Terms and the Apple Standard EULA.
You must be legally capable of entering into these Terms in your jurisdiction.
Pricing: Displayed in‑app by Apple and may vary by region, currency, promotions, and applicable taxes.
Auto‑Renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Your Apple ID is charged within 24 hours prior to renewal.
Manage/Cancel: Manage or cancel subscriptions in Apple ID Account Settings. You can also restore purchases from within the App.
Free Trial (where offered): If not canceled before the trial ends, the paid subscription begins automatically. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when a subscription is purchased.
Price Changes: If subscription prices change, Apple may notify you. New prices take effect on the next billing period; if you do not agree, cancel before renewal.
Billing and Refunds: Processed by Apple. Refunds follow Apple's policies.
Acceptable Use: You will not use the App unlawfully; attempt to access non‑public systems; reverse engineer; infringe intellectual property; or create/distribute harmful, offensive, or unlawful content.
Content Rights: You are responsible for ensuring you have rights to any images you analyze and content you create or share.
Prohibited Conduct: No automated scraping, interference with App operation, or attempts to bypass usage limits.
Our Rights: The App's software, design, and branding are owned by us or our licensors and protected by law. You may not use our trademarks without permission.
Your Rights: You own the colors, palettes, and gradients you create. You may share/export them as allowed by the App. These Terms do not grant ownership of the App or its underlying technology.
Feedback: If you provide feedback or suggestions, you grant us a non‑exclusive, worldwide, royalty‑free license to use them to improve the App.
RevenueCat (Subscriptions): manages subscriptions, entitlements, and receipt validation.
Google Mobile Ads (Advertising – free version): delivers and measures ads, limits frequency, and helps prevent fraud/abuse. The App requests non‑personalized/contextual ads and does not prompt for iOS App Tracking Transparency (ATT). Upgrading to Pro removes ads.
Apple (Payments): handles App Store billing, renewals, and refunds.
Your use of the App is also subject to these providers' terms and privacy notices.
Your use of the App is governed by our Privacy Policy (incorporated by reference). In short: color data and settings are stored locally on‑device; subscriptions are handled via RevenueCat and Apple; ads (free version) are served by Google Mobile Ads per platform permissions and your choices. See the Privacy Policy for details.
The App and all features are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE," without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error‑free operation, or that the App will meet your requirements.
Color capture/analysis accuracy may vary by device, lighting, and other factors.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages.
Our total liability for claims arising out of or relating to the App will not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the App, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third‑party rights.
We may suspend or terminate access if you materially breach these Terms or use the App unlawfully. You may stop using the App at any time and can cancel subscriptions in Apple ID Account Settings.
We may update these Terms as the App or laws change. The "Last Updated" date reflects the latest version. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
If you obtained the App from Apple's App Store, your use of the App is also governed by Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (EULA). In case of any conflict, the Apple EULA controls to the extent required by Apple policies.

We do not run our own analytics or crash‑reporting. We do not use third‑party analytics SDKs. Subscription events are not sent to analytics services.
Processed data: subscription status, product identifiers, purchase receipts (for validation), and an anonymous RevenueCat App User ID.
Purpose: deliver and restore subscriptions, validate receipts, prevent fraud/abuse, and manage entitlements.
Payments: processed by Apple. We do not receive or store payment card details.

Note: We do not request iOS App Tracking Transparency (ATT) permission and do not access IDFA. We request non‑personalized/contextual ads where supported.
Purpose: show and measure ads, frequency capping, fraud and abuse prevention.
Upgrading to Pro removes ads and stops future ad data collection by Google Mobile Ads within the App.
The App is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child provided information, contact us for removal.
We do not sell personal data and do not share data with data brokers.
Third‑party providers may process data on servers outside your country, subject to their privacy policies and applicable law.
We may update this Policy as our App or legal requirements change. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last Updated" date.
